To absorb bodly fluids and serve as a dressing for large and/or heavily draining wounds. Abdominal pads are intended tobe used as primary dressings for abdominal or other lage incisions; large trauma sites and as secondary dressings forheavily exudating wounds, for cushioning and for moisture protection.
