Human Papilloma Virus(HPV) E7 Protein Antigen Test Kit

Intend Use

The test kit is used to qualitatively test E7 oncoprotein expressed by HPV-16and/or HPV-18 in female cervical exfoliated cells. lt could be for self-testing inhome use or in medical institutions for professional use. lf the test is positive, it isrecommended to go to a professional medical institution for further diagnosis.This product is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of cervical diseases in women, andcannot be used as a basis for diagnosis alone.

Advantages of HPV E7 Oncoprotein Test

1.Normal HPV DNA tests are positive, and we do not know whether HPV infectionis transient or persistent.

2.HPV DNA test has a certain false negative rate. HPV DNA detection techniquesmainly target L1 fragments. The L1 gene is lost during the integration of HPV DNAand host DNA, and HPV DNA tests may show false negatives due to the deletionof L1 fragments.

3.HPV E7 rapid test can avoid anxiety and panic caused by high-risk HPV transientinfection, reduce or even eliminate the missed diagnosis caused by false negativeHPV test that has developed into cervical lesions and cancerous stages.
